Globalisation, rapid technological advancements, and constant competition create a perfect storm that can lead to reduced performance, a diminished sense of purpose, and even significant physical and mental health issues. Recognizing this pervasive challenge, I recently enrolled in Coursera’s “Build Personal Resilience” course, and I can confidently say it’s an invaluable resource for anyone navigating the complexities of modern professional life.
