In today’s rapidly evolving market, innovation is no longer confined to just technology, products, or processes. I recently completed Coursera’s “Business Model Innovation” course, and it has fundamentally changed how I view business strategy.
This course introduces the pioneering Odyssey 3.14 approach, a framework developed by Laurence Lehmann-Ortega and Hélène Musikas, designed to help entrepreneurs and business leaders invent or reinvent their business models. This methodology has proven incredibly valuable, especially for start-up entrepreneurs, and I can attest to its practical application.
