As someone invested in personal and professional growth, I recently completed the Coursera course ‘Leading Organizations,’ which is part of the broader specialization ‘Inspirational Leadership: Leading with Sense.’ This course nicely encapsulates the skills developed in its precursors, ‘Building Your Leadership Skills’ and ‘Giving Sense to Your Leadership Experience.’
